Spark erosion

Spark erosion or electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a machining technique that requires a high level of machining precision. With a working accuracy of 0.005 mm, spark erosion is a very suitable technique for making fine mechanical parts.

One of the advantages is that we can erode any desired shape. This is possible due to the narrow cutting width, the ability to remove material conically up to 30 degrees, the high surface quality, and the cutting-edge CNC control.
This technique is suitable for machining all electrically conductive metals.
