As of yet, we only create cylindrical gears with straight or angled teeth.
For flexibly in our work, the decision was taken to invest in a rotary-milling machine, a gear measuring machine, and InvoMill software. This software makes it possible to make tooth shapes with corrections using standard tools.
Another advantage to the use of InvoMill is that we can quickly respond to customer requests. It is possible to make an untempered, corrected, class 5 or 6 toothed gear in a few days. Internal and external straight splines are also possible. Therefore, we recently invested in a spark erosion machine, so we can make internal splines and other teeth.
