Our quotations are non-binding.
Our delivery times are provided as an indication. Any case of force majeure such as transportation disruptions, shortages of goods or materials, lack of power, defects in tools or machines, or any cause that results in total or partial unemployment, gives us the right to cancel the execution of the contract wholly or partially.
All complaints regarding our deliveries must be reported to us within 8 days by registered letter. After this period, no complaints will be accepted.
All shipments are at the recipient's risk.

If payment is not made in full and immediately within the specified time, interest of 10% per year will be due without prior notice of default, calculated from the invoice date.
In case of non-payment, a fixed compensation for damages caused by the delay in payment will be owed, amounting to 10% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum of 37.18 euros.
All invoices are payable in Genk.
The delivered materials remain our property until full payment is made (Art. 101 Bankruptcy Law).
In case of disputes, only the courts of Tongeren have jurisdiction.
Payment terms: 30 days invoice date.
